第一講：餐飲行業常用英語表達——點餐、結帳
點餐
Waitress: Are you ready to order, sir?
Guest: What's the special here?
Waitress: We have steamed chicken, braised pork and Beijing roast duck. Here's the menu. What would you like to have?
Guest: Well, let's try some braised pork, sweet and sour fish and some fried beans.
Waitress: Would you like anything to drink?
Guest: Just some soft drinks and only a bottle of beer.
Waitress: All right. Wait for a moment, please.
服務員：可以點菜了嗎，先生？
外賓：有什么特價菜？
服務員：有蒸雞、紅燒扣肉、北京烤鴨。菜單在這兒，你需要點什么？
外賓：嗯……來個扣肉、糖醋魚和炒黃豆。
服務員：想喝點什么飲料？
外賓：一些軟飲料和一瓶啤酒。
服務員：好的，請稍等。
