2019年以來，圍繞首都經濟社會發展關鍵領域和薄弱環節，每年謀劃實施“3個100”市重點工程，包括100個基礎設施項目、100個民生改善項目、100個科技創新及高精尖產業項目。
Each year since 2019, Beijing implements 300 key municipal projects to drive progress in key areas and address weak links in the city's social and economic development. These include 100 infrastructure projects, 100 projects on improving people's lives, and 100 projects in innovation and high-end, precision, and cutting-edge industries.
