2023年11月，本市印發《關于北京市全面優化營商環境打造“北京服務”的意見》。這是當前和今后一個時期全市優化營商環境工作的指導性、框架性文件，明確提出以更大力度提升企業群眾獲得感和滿意度為首要目標，以“北京標準”“北京效率”“北京誠信”為支撐，塑造首善標準、國際一流的“北京服務”，讓企業群眾能辦事、快辦事、好辦事、辦成事，以國際一流營商環境助力首都高質量發展。

In November, 2023, Beijing issued guidelines on enhancing the ease of doing business, introducing "Beijing Services" as a distinctive brand for the services it provides.
