A：毛寧：今年是親誠惠容周邊外交理念提出10周年。10年來，中國積極踐行這一重要理念，始終將周邊置于外交全局的首要位置。習近平主席親自擘畫中國同周邊國家交往藍圖，出訪足跡遍及周邊國家，有力引領拓展睦鄰友好格局。中國同周邊國家廣泛建立了戰略合作伙伴關系，同十余國就構建命運共同體達成共識。
習近平總書記、國家主席對越南的國事訪問取得圓滿成功，是中國親誠惠容周邊外交理念的又一次生動詮釋。中國將在習近平外交思想指引下，積極踐行親誠惠容理念，深化同周邊國家友好合作和利益融合。弘揚和平、合作、包容、融合的亞洲價值觀，為地區團結、開放和進步提供新的助力。讓中國式現代化更多惠及周邊國家，共同推進亞洲現代化進程。同地區國家攜手構建和平安寧、繁榮美麗、友好共生的亞洲家園。

A:Mao Ning: This year marks the 10th anniversary of the principle of amity, sincerity, mutual benefit and inclusiveness in neighborhood diplomacy. Over the past decade, China has actively implemented this important principle and put neighborhood diplomacy front and center in foreign relations. President Xi Jinping has drawn up a blueprint for China's exchanges with neighboring countries, visited them, and guided the expanding landscape of good-neighborliness and friendship. China has established strategic cooperative partnership with extensive neighboring countries and reached common understandings with more than ten countries on building a community with a shared future.??
General Secretary and President Xi Jinping's successful state visit to Viet Nam is another vivid illustration of China's principle of amity, sincerity, mutual benefit and inclusiveness in neighborhood diplomacy. Under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacy, China will continue to advocate the principle of amity, sincerity, mutual benefit and inclusiveness, and deepen friendship, cooperation and intertwined interests with neighboring countries.
